I’ve been a keen reader of psychology, the mind and wellbeing for the last decade. Having stumbled on happiness (thanks Tal Ben-Shahar!) in 2014, I am now studying a Masters in Positive Psychology, which I am due to complete in August 2016.
I speak about wellbeing, in the context of mental health and happiness, at schools, youth groups and to other audiences. (My Masters dissertation is focused on wellbeing in the workplace).
I also volunteer at Action For Happiness, whose patron is the Dalai Lama.
